Paul Zinselmeyer	9dd85a7703	fix: use custom reqwest::Client in middleware ... previously the middlewares would use the default `reqwest::Client` even if the `OidcClient` is created with a custom client. Previously the extractor would return `ExtractorError::Unauthorized` when the issuer does not provide a end_session_endpoint. Paul Zinselmeyer	ac3e0caa0b	implement fix for #10 ... fixed #10 by implementing a flag in the response extensions that instructs the middleware to clear the session.
